Identifikasi Kriteria Happy Design pada Rancangan Interior Gerai Kopi di Tangerang

Pencapaian kebahagiaan seseorang merupakan respon dari stimulasi dari lingkungannya. Mengingat bahwa manusia menghabiskan sekitar 80%-90% dari waktunya beraktivitas di lingkungan ruang dalam, maka perancangan arsitektur dan ruang dalam (interior) memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam perolehan kebahagiaan penggunanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria dari teori happy design yang dikemukakan dalam buku happiness, happy design, interior space design, café pada Kafe Fore yang berlokasi di Pusat Perbelanjaan Qbic, Serpong, Tangerang. Tidak semua kriteria pada teori tersebut dapat diimplementasikan dikarenakan adanya keterbatasan kondisi fisik kasus penelitian ataupun ketidaksesuaian fungsi ruang yang ada (misalnya fungsi ruang tidur). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan dokumentasi dan pengamatan yang dilakukan di lapangan. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran terkait implementasi kriteria happy design di dalam rancangan arsitektur dan ruang dalam atau interior
