Komunitas sebagai Pangsa Pasar: Kajian Teori Jaringan-Aktor pada Arsitektur Kedai Kopi pada Café Taru di Pasar Kreatif Jawa Barat

Komunitas dan arsitektur termasuk aktor utama yang saling berhubungan dan mempengaruhi keberhasilan bisnis di berbagai kedai kopi, khususnya di Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana suatu jaringan-aktor terbentuk melalui hubungan komunitas dan arsitektur yang mempengaruhi insiator bisnis dalam merencanakan keberhasilan kedai kopi. Kedai kopi Tansah Rahayu di Pasar Kreatif Jawa Barat dilibatkan sebagai subjek penelitian. Data mengenai hubungan serta pengaruh komunitas dan arsitektur dalam proses bisnis kedai kopi dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis teori jaringan-aktor berupa socio-technogram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara komunitas yang terdiri dari aktor manusia serta non-manusia, dan arsitektur kedai kopi mempengaruhi proses yang dilakukan inisiator bisnis dalam menarik dan melibatkan aktor-aktor pendukung sehingga tercipta suatu jaringan-aktor dalam realisasi keberhasilan bisnis kedai kopi di Pasar Kreatif Jawa Barat.
